This privacy policy describes the practices of Kyo Conseil (hereinafter "Kyo", "we" or "our") regarding the collection, use, retention and disclosure of personal information, in accordance with the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (L.R.Q., c. P-39.002), as amended by Law 25 (L.R.Q., c. C-20, s. 24), and the rights attached thereto. By using the kyoconseil.com site (the "Site") or by sending us personal information, you accept the practices described below.
Information we collect
We only collect the information necessary for the following purposes:
- Identification details voluntarily provided through the contact form (last name, first name, title, company, email, phone);
- The content of your messages and service requests;

- File a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec (CAI) if we do not meet these obligations.

We implement reasonable protective measures, taking into account the sensitivity and quantity of personal information collected, to protect it against loss, theft, copying, use, modification or unauthorized disclosure.

The Site may use cookies essential to its operation and, only if you consent, functional, performance and marketing cookies (consent banner). Any use of artificial intelligence by the Site, as applicable, is performed without processing personal information for the purpose of automated profiling of your person.
